    Best program yet!

    I’ve gone through plenty of workout programs trying to see which one works best for me and the job. The bundle package is worth every penny! I use the fire ground strength while off shift and the performance protocol while on shift. I felt a difference in my overall work load recently on a residential fire where I was able to run to the house, move in hose to the second floor, perform a search and then conduct over haul before I really started to feel gassed. Instantly I knew it was because of these workouts that I could contribute my better performance. Though embarrassing it is to feel out of shape in a job that the public and your crew needs you at your best. these programs in a short time have got me on the right track to be more of an asset than a liability.

    Exactly as advertised

    I considered just getting one program but the sale on the bundle swayed me. It's a fair price for the amount of information you get. Solid information all in one place for sleep, nutrition and keeping track of it all. I was surprised how helpful the resiliency tracker has been in staying focused on my goals. Workout are manageable and easily scaled to your level of fitness. The workout library is easy to access, provides a video example of how to do the workout and alternatives if you don't have specific equipment. 3 weeks in and I've already seen a noticeable difference in my physique and endurance.
